Second World Games

- Assemble a team of 12 people from the ground up, and supervise the whole production of two games, Second World and Ball Guys, which is already published on both Android and iOS
- Ensure adherence to project release schedules and delivery of milestones on time and on target quality
- Breakdown of game features into more easily assignable and traceable parts
- Identification of dependencies, bottlenecks or risks, and proposing actions to reduce and/or eliminate potential repercussions on the project
- Motivate and assist the team in maintaining their motivation throughout the project, as well as providing solutions and actively participating in conflict resolution and proposing and maintaining measures that contribute to improving the working environment during development
- Create and update schedules and tasks, ensure status is communicated widely, keeping stakeholders, leadership, and the team aligned
- Drive the sprint milestone goals with the game design, art and programming teams
- Daily track and review the status of the game, and remove blockers for all on going work
- Forecast the required headcount and time development costs
- Develop and maintain clearly defined development planning methods and workflows
- Track and analyze team metrics to improve processes and guide future decisions

Game Producer

- Represent the Gaming team and its initiatives: collaborate, communicate, and negotiate with product managers and stakeholders across the organization
- Design roadmap and backlog management (setting goals, planning iterative deliveries and encouraging commitment) using both ClickUp and JIRA
- Assist department leads in preparing project plans, scope documents, resource allocation and project milestones
- Design and conceptualization of gameplay mechanics, systems and economy
- Capture key issues, decisions, and mitigate production risks

Project Manager

- Work closely with the partnership team to identify high potential games.
- Extensive playtesting and review games across a variety of platforms (desktop & mobile) and genres.
- Write content analyses while assessing a game’s merits across all key components (game design, game mechanics, balance, art, game economy, monetization and level design).
- Adapt adquired games by using proprietary tools in order to deliver the best experience for our players.
