- Development of a Project Management Office (PMO) for a healthcare personnel outsourcing company (with direct support in the project for the construction of a temporary hospital to strengthen the healthcare network in the Metropolitan Region against Covid-19).
- Support in the update and launch of the Strategic Plan for an important agricultural company focused on salmon production.
- Development of a long-term Strategic Plan (5-10 years) for a leading Cemetery Park in Chile.
- Design the strategy for Santiago Innova Corporation (one of the main incubators/fund administrators for entrepreneurship). [Probono].

- Strategic Planning for a leading company in fiber collection, recycled paper production, and packaging solutions based on fiber.
