I’m a Product Designer, Researcher, and Manager with a background in communications. I work remotely, usually from Mexico City. I've been working in tech startups for the past 6 years in a few industries. I've interviewed over a hundred users of many different backgrounds. I've managed projects with engineers, designers, and other professionals that have surpassed all expectations. I've also designed and managed projects that failed to be launched or (even worse) failed after being shipped. I've learned a lot more from those than from the successful ones. I'm not focused on any specific industry. I care about building scalable, impactful products that truly add value to the world.
