During the pandemic, I found myself divided between the desire of being surrounded by family and friends and the memories of crowded working environments and being in touch with many different people. 
As my town is very small and I wanted to make it known; I decided that the best way to do so was captivating people with our amazing flavours. Haunted Hampers was delivering Andalusian food to Europe and customizing gift boxes and Hampers. I had a great amount of work for the time that I was in the business, however I decided to move back to UK and following my dream of working in HR and Recruitment and I couldn't continue with the activity.

Together with the HR manager, coordinating the recruitment of new employees in different countries as UK, Morocco, Lebanon and Egypt, making use of job search engines and social media. 
Scheduling interviews, writing contracts, induction packs and an employee handbook for each country.
Ensuring that documentation is according to the Law in those countries.
Updating the HR Software and checking on the employee´s attendance.
Solving conflicts between employees. 
Making reports showing the company´s growth or market opportunities.
Ensuring that operations adhered to policies and regulations as set by the company.
