Global owner of the indirect channel strategy and execution driven through Twilio's GSI/RSI/Agency and Reseller Partners.  Built a team of 55 people globally tasked with managing partner relationships, partner sales, partner operations, partner programs, training and certifications, and partner SEs.

-Grew the Consulting/Reseller partner ecosystem to over 500 global partnerships and 5 GSI partnerships which influenced nearly 50% of enteprise software deals (from less than 10% when I joined)
-Consistently delivered 100% YOY growth in partner influenced opportunities.
-Unlocked the first $10M+ software opportunity for Twilio through a partner sourced opportunity.
-Drove $20M of revenue in the first year through the creation of the Twilio resell program
-Twilio Board Observer for their Ventures Investment in partner Terazo.
-2x winner of the Twilio "Superb Owl" award - highest level distinction/award @ Twilio

VP - Global SI/Resell Partners and Programs

Salesforce

Led a team responsible for the portfolio of Strategic $100M+ ARR Salesforce SI and Agency relationships.   These partners were critical in achieving Salesforce's 55% YOY growth targets in Enterprise. 

-Consistently over 100% attainment across key metrics - co/sell, sourced, cert growth, partner revenue growth.
-As the leader Vertical Partner Sales, my work was critical in the Vertical Partner Sales team's attainment of 50% YOY growth through alignment and execution across the global SI ecosystem.
-Created a new multi-million dollar pipeline of opportunities by recruiting, onboarding and personally managing the relationship between Salesforce and the top strategy consulting firms Bain, BCG and McKinsey

Regional Vice President - Strategic SI Alliances and Partnerships

Led a team of 10+ Partner Managers responsible for managing and growing Salesforce’s top RSI and Agency relationships in North America.

-As a trusted business advisor, I assisted numerous founders in taking their Salesforce practices from $1M ARR practices to over $25M+ ARR practices
-Drove alignment between my team, the partners and our sales leaders and field sales organization resulting in Enterprise Partner Attach rates that exceeded 80%.
-Created the data and analytics strategy used globally by Salesforce to track and manage all key partner metrics helping drive consistent alignment with Salesforce leaders globally and all partners.

Director - Regional SI Alliances and Partnerships

Strategy partner to the SVP of ISV Partners - helped operationalize and evangelize all facets of the the ISV strategy at Salesforce

-Designed comp plans and set ISV team quotas globally in support of the $100M+ ARR business
-Architected and implemented the global ISV partner onboarding process which was used to onboard 1000's of partners
-Managed the Partner Support team responsible for case management and resolution for partners on the partner community.
-Responsible for the design, tracking and reporting of all metrics

I excel at leading teams, but I'm just as passionate about rolling up my sleeves and building something great from the ground up.
