I began my partnerships career at Salesforce in 2010 as one of the first partner managers on the AppExchange team where I was on the forefront of defining and building the tech industry's first cloud ecosystem. I later moved into a strategy and operations role, helping to scale the Salesforce’s ISV ecosystem which was pivotal in Salesforce's growth. In 2014, I transitioned to focus on the SI side of the business, where I led the global RSI ecosystem—over 20,000 partners. I built the team, strategy, and operations from the ground up. Many of those relationships became some of Salesforce’s most strategic SI partnerships, contributing billions in revenue. I look at the 9 years of working at Salesforce like getting my MBA in Partnerships. There wasn’t a partner type or partner team function I didn’t touch. In 2019, I took everything I learned and brought it to Twilio, where I led global partnerships. I grew a team from 7 to 55 across partner management, sales, programs, operations, and enablement—scaling the ecosystem to over 500 partners worldwide including 5 Tier 1 GSI relationships. After Twilio, I stepped into the startup world and AI, leading global partnerships at OneReach.ai (a Gartner Magic Quadrant leader in Agentic AI), and most recently joined Quantexa to oversee the North America partner strategy across SIs, ISVs, and broader ecosystem partnerships. My motto is I want to stay challenged (#neverstoplearning), work with great people and inspiring technology. I’m also deeply passionate about wellness. I’ve experienced firsthand how taking care of myself unlocks greater energy, clarity, and capacity to lead and grow.
