* Responsible for the Profit & Loss of the business. Bonused accordingly.
* Acting GM when opening new store in McKinney 2019. Sales have grown from $ 640k in 2019 - $1.3m 2021. (103% growth in 2 years)
* Responsible for the day-to day running of the business with a particular emphasis on sales and business development.
* In charge of leading, motivating and developing the management team.
* Developing business plans and preparing comprehensive business reports.
* Making sure that the business continues to grow by way of developing new clients whilst maintaining its existing customer base.
* Responsible for ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation in the store and making sure that all available space in the store is effectively utilized.
* Focused on maximizing the customers shopping experience.
* Analyzing store sales figures.
* Developing, researching and implementing marketing strategies.
* Maintaining awareness of market trends and monitoring local competitors.
* Managing multi-disciplined teams and resolving any conflicting priorities.
* Improving margins and maintaining a high-quality service to clients.
* Reviewing, refining and developing the strategy and direction of the company.
* Building client relationships that result in revenue and profitability growth.
* Keeping control of business expenditure, ensuring it's within agreed budgets.
