Havas was my first "big" agency experience. I quickly  learned that the sky is the limit when working with an amazing team (and big names + budgets). 

I got to work with cool brands like TD Ameritrade & Universal Music Group and even helped bring a Super Bowl Commercial to life (Google search “TD + Lionel Richie”). 

Havas was a stepping stone in my career that taught me how work collaboratively with multifunctional teams to bring award-winning ad creative to life.

Yourimpact App

YourImpact was a crowdfunding platform and passion project that was brought to life by myself and two others; a full-stack engineer & a UX-UI designer. 

The mission behind YourImpact was to democratize charitable giving via microdonations. The platform encouraged donors, via gamification, to use their 'social reach' to amplify their impact. 

The idea was to even out the charitable playing field by making social reach (think Instagram followers) equally as valuable as donating lots of money (something a lot of young people don't have). 

We successfully launched the app in iOS & Android but like many start-ups, YourImpacts' life was too short. 

People say you shouldn’t talk about your failures but I disagree. This experience taught me how to work collaboratively with product teams in tech companies (besides starting a tech product from the ground up).

The Fcancer Project

Think of FCancer as a matchmaker for Charities and skilled volunteers. For example, a charity has an open project for which they need a volunteer (coder, graphic designer, copywriter) they post the project on FCancer's platform, and they match with a skilled volunteer. As part of a team of 4, I was able to get my hands involved in pretty much everything (just the way I like it) from onboarding charities to managing most marketing initiatives.

Pave was a New York-based company disrupting the lending space by focusing on lending to young borrowers who wanted to enroll in educational courses, pay down credit card debt, or cover relocation expenses for a new job. My experience at Pave was concise but sweet. I got to work next to a group of incredibly smart individuals disrupting the finance space for Millennials. My time at Pave was the catalyst that got me incredibly interested in the FinTech space.

After 15+ years across all kinds of marketing, advertising + building my own CPG brand, I founded Blank Banner.
