Hi, I'm Alejo, since 2015, I’ve been passionate about the startup world, especially Growth Hacking, Business Strategy, and more recently, Artificial Intelligence. Currently, I work at GAT Fashion Lab in a role I created myself, best described as an entrepreneur in residence. I’ve focused on building the company’s digital presence (B2B Marketing) and driving its digitization. This effort led us to launch a startup: Aparel.co, where we’re transforming fashion manufacturing by digitizing the supply chain to make it more accessible and efficient. At Aparel.co, I lead the entire project—from customer acquisition to product strategy. We started in 2022, and I built our first MVP using no-code tools, generating 2,000 B2B leads for the business. Today, we’re a team of four people working exclusively on product development. During the pandemic, I founded and ran a dark kitchen business. We sold over 20,000 orders in just 11 months, starting from scratch in Popayán, Colombia—a city with fewer than 250,000 inhabitants. I built our own direct sales channel and processed over 3,000 orders in a single month, completely independent of platforms like Rappi, iFood, or UberEats. The entire operation was 100% in-house, from social media sales to our own delivery fleet. I’m passionate about driving fast yet sustainable business growth. My approach has always been 100% bootstrapped. I consider myself a marketing generalist, with a strong focus on organic channels and product-led growth, though I also have experience with paid marketing. Occasionally, I collaborate with companies as a consultant, helping them innovate and grow through technology and digital media.
