Brief:
Lead design initiatives for Pay&Go, a feature of the My 7-Eleven app that enables customers to pay for their shopping and fuel directly from their phone.

Engagement: 3 months

Approach:
– Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear objectives every sprint.
– Help implement discovery research as a regular practice within the team.
– Help implement design changes and improvements to the user experience.

Fingertip.com

Fingertip.com is a start-up reimagining the concept of websites and how they are created. With a variety of ready-made widgets, anyone can create a personalised site without coding or design skills required. You simply pick a widget, stack it on your page and customise it with your style. Each widget is unique letting you share contact details, show photos, get bookings, or even sell products.

Brief: Design a library of widgets and improve the UI of existing ones.

Engagement: 3 weeks  

Approach:
– Work closely with the founder and team to ensure cohesive design.
– Audit and identify areas for improving existing widgets.
– Implement UI guidelines and rigour for widget consistency.
– Design the new widgets following the suggested guidelines.
– Design and iterate fast.
– Design for flexibility and scalability so users can customise widgets.
– Work closely with the engineering team to improve existing widgets and deploy new ones.

Uncommonstudio

Uncommon was founded to help brands create memorable digital experiences. 

During my two-year journey as a co-founder, I achieved several milestones, including working with international clients like Roblox, creating and producing a podcast on design, and growing the business without any external investment.

Although Uncommon was an exciting experience, I exited the business to refocus, get back to the craft of design, and plan the next venture.

Brief: Design a custom mobile app for their client, ECLAT, a premium workspace in Melbourne.

Engagement: 3 months 

Approach:
– Work closely with the client to align with their vision and needs.
– Define the app's creative direction, inspired by the brand ethos and physical space.
– Design according to technical requirements, user flows and desired features.
– Create and maintain a design system for all UI components.
– Design for mobile app best practices and accessibility.
– Work closely with the engineering team to deploy and QA design.

Winner of a Good Design Award in 2023.

OFX is a global foreign exchange and payments company.

Brief: Ideate the future of OFX's online experience for corporate customers.

Engagement: 6 months

Approach:
– Leverage the previously conducted research.
– In-depth analysis of the product and its regional nuances.
– Create interactive prototypes to replicate the new user flow and conduct usability testing.
– Iterate designs and user flows based on user feedback.
– Design UI components following best practices and accessibility standards.
