Systems Business analyst

As a project coordinator I monitor, analyze, daily and periodic project status, risks, dependencies and issues. Developed Business case documents, process improvement documentation and project charter for phased implementation of new project. Managed multiple teams and communicate with various stakeholders. Coordinate and document project scope, determine SDLC approach for project.Conduct planning sessions to Identify tasks and to help build project schedule.Conduct resource planning, project team meetings, requirement workshops.
