Call me if you want to control land and multiply its value. I analyze trends and leverage them to create commercial buildings. With over 5 years as Founder & CEO and 15 years in the industry, I multiplied ROI up to 5X in CRE by leveraging and de-risking the most misunderstood part of development - land acquisition, zoning and entitlements. As Head of Land Development l directed my own development company, sourced and acquired off-market deals, established partnerships, identified zoning arbitrage, structured capital-efficient deals, and unlocked significant returns in complex urban environments. In 2 years I built a $450MM pipeline with 1700acre off-market greenfield and brownfield properties across Northern Europe. In addition I structured 5 syndicates and JV partnerships in the Oslo region. Through these I managed all aspects of land development; due diligence, financial modeling, negotiated land options and right-of-way for over 200 acres. I directed and produced feasibility studies of FAR, infrastructure, grading and water detention. Simultaneously as Senior Project Manager of Urban Planning I directed and produced entitlements on projects totaling 700 acres while coordinating and aligning engineering teams to complete reports on traffic, hydrology, geology, pollution and environmental impact statements. In addition I directed and produced an unanimously approved and implemented 3000acre municipal comprehensive plan for 8,000 inhabitants. Previously, I managed boutique residential developments as a founding partner at Forum Urbanum and Heidr, merging classical architecture with cutting edge prop-tech to streamline zoning, entitlement and construction processes. My expertise spans from land acquisition to development, zoning and risk management, ensuring seamless project execution.
