A SPECIAL EFFECT WITHOUT A STORY IS A PRETTY BORING THING. Once upon a time, an entire generation of talented individuals wore one hat exclusively and prospered until retirement. Today’s workplace is undergoing a revolution. In the context of an economy that is changing rapidly, entrepreneurial spirit is in demand. Against this backdrop, wannabes stand out from the crowd, possessing the courage to deconstruct own skillsets in order to pave our career paths, and consequently do our best work while serving others. I have embraced this change. Proud of my own mixed background across two continents, I have worn many hats throughout my career: an experienced researcher, planner, content creator, publisher, project manager and creative. In the fields of marketing, publishing and PR communications, I have an innate ability to adapt. Working closely with CEOs, principals, entrepreneurs and decision makers across different teams, projects, environments and countries allowed me to apply lateral thinking to problem solving, which transformed me into a resilience champion.
