Experienced in nonprofit management and human resources, I am currently serving as the Head of the Foundation Affairs at the Chance for Children Foundation. This organization, active in Ghana since 1999, supports street children through programs focused on health, education, vocational training, and family reintegration and employs 90+ team members. In addition to my role at Chance for Children, I have held various leadership positions. I served as Co-President of PWN Zug & Zürich from 2020 to 2024, promoting gender-balanced leadership through networking and mentoring initiatives. I was also a board member at SINGA Switzerland, an organization fostering inclusive entrepreneurship among refugees and migrants. My professional background includes roles such as Group HR Director at Rising Tide and HR leadership positions at Kuehne + Nagel Management AG. I am also a certified executive coach. Academically, I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, a CAS in Law from ZHAW School of Management and Law, and completed an executive education program in Leading Change and Organizational Renewal at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
