I was a VIP assistant for VIP Nation for all five of Beyonce’s Renaissance World Tour shows in London. 

Really enjoyed assisting both at VIP check in and the VIP risers in the pitch, welcoming guests in and ensuring everyone has a great time.

I was in the artist liaison team taking care of a group of 15+ aerialists, which was a logistical challenge with our talent waving flags on the roof, performing on stage, flying off structures attached to cranes, and multiple ziplines, all in different locations across a huge site. I really enjoyed the rush and my first experience as AL at a major show.

This role was to support a 4 day conference at the NEC in Birmingham. 

I’ve spent 4 weeks working remotely, managing crew and furniture logistics, in the lead up to the final week on site where I had my first opportunity to manage teams, including local crew for the build and derig, as well as a team of marshals across 4 show days.
