Hi, I am Aleksi and I have strong passion for everything that i do, whether it be my work which is currently in B2B sales, studying as shown by my quick graduation from TAMK. I enjoy sales and customer service and being a leader. My experience as a shift supervisor at Lidl Suomi Ky was an eye opener and despite the vast amount of love and support from my collegues and employees I was supervising I felt I needed to learn to follow first, before learning to lead. Highly sensitive person that I am i often fluctuate between extreme efficiency and top notch performances to mild mania and flegmatism. Feelings and vibe make everything either go high and fast or slow and sticky for me. Having learned to know myself in my professional and personal lifes I aquired a job at Pirkanmaan Osuuskauppa where I picked up lots of necessary qualities to be a great employee which i believe will support me in my journey to become a great leader one day. I make great results in almost everything that I do, wheter it be group projects at school, or sales and customer service at work. I strive to feel the "high" of success. I succeed in everything I set out to do. I have very outgoing personality and enjoy performing and customer service, especially selling. My ultimate goal in life is to live long and have the love, support and closeness of family and give it back to them equally. From the side of hobbies I have deep love for chess. I have strong online rating and hopes of one day having time and chances to reach a Grandmaster status. Worldchampion in my wildest dreams.
