This was one of my most enriching work experiences, since I had contact with more than 600 students. Provided career and course counseling to help make decisions about studies.

Reversed negative image in terms of customer service, providing a cordial and empathetic treatment, which was immediately reflected in the increase of enrollments and had a direct impact on turnover. I am also proud to have brought excellence and hygiene to office management. The procedures implemented were continued by the people I mentored and were left in my place when I left the institution.

Another contribution of special relevance was innovation, since old systems were used for student registration and there were mismatches between enrollment and administration. This meant that lists had to be reviewed every day and checked against the accounting records. My purpose was to decentralize student registration, using Google Workspace, which reduced the margin of error and brought enormous efficiency to the processes.

Imagine a place where every guest feels welcome, listened to and valued. That was my goal every day as a Guest Service Specialist. Beyond reception, concierge and reservation management, my focus was always on building genuine connections and exceeding expectations.

I remember how, by analyzing our clients' needs and market trends, I proposed improvements that optimized communication and generated strategic alliances. The result? An increase of more than 80 % in occupancy.

But figures are only part of the story. What I was really passionate about was orchestrating the synergy between the different areas of the hotel to provide an impeccable experience. That dedication translated into sky-high ratings on the booking portals and palpable satisfaction from our guests.

And since the best advertising is a happy customer, I implemented loyalty strategies that added 250 members to our LeClub program in just two months.

Proud to have contributed to the rise of the hotel Esplendor Cervantes in the TripAdvisor ranking.

When I joined, in May 2016, it was falling sharply in the ranking of hotels in Montevideo, due to the poor quality of guest service.

From my role as head of the evening shift, I dialogued with all the people involved in customer service to make the service more cordial, generate a good relationship with customers and feel more motivated with our work.

After falling to 40th place, we slowly began to move up, improving customer comments and scores, accepting their suggestions, conducting satisfaction surveys and humanizing the service more and more.

Within 6 months, we moved up 10 places to 30th place, which had an immediate impact on RevPar.

In addition, we managed to triple Front Desk sales as a result of a proactive, coordinated and collaborative action in the offer of tourist services. I designed brochures and folders to inform in an agile way about the services we had available and the whole team was motivated to do so.

All this was accompanied by an improvement in the hygiene of the workplace, getting rid of objects that were no longer necessary and having everything we needed at hand and in a specific place.
