● Market Expansion & Localisation (SI, HR, DE/AT, PL, etc.)
 ○ Leading the implementation of marketing campaigns across Central & Eastern Europe and the DACH region, ensuring that strategies are not only translated but thoughtfully localised to reflect cultural nuances.
 ○ Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to define priorities, assign tasks, and manage key milestones during market launches.

● Partner Engagement & Collaboration
 ○ Coordinating rollout efforts with local influencers, PR agencies, distribution partners, and both performance and content marketing teams to drive traction in each market.
 ○ Monitoring brand performance and sentiment in real-time, and translating insights into actionable improvements for ongoing campaigns.

● Tools & Execution Excellence
 ○ Managing expansion workflows using tools such as Asana, Notion, and Google Workspace to ensure smooth cross-market execution.
 ○ Overseeing brand consistency while supporting strategic flexibility and local adaptation where needed.

• Business Development Support: Collaborating with the BD team in creating compelling presentations and strategies to acquire new customers across the CEE region.

• Market Expertise: Leveraging in-depth knowledge of CEE markets to deliver strategic decisions and campaigns tailored to regional audiences, including increasing awareness of local conditions in expansion countries and conducting current analyses of the economic situation, eCommerce trends, and marketplace dynamics.

• Building & Executing Digital Strategies: Developing and implementing clients’ digital strategies to drive growth and optimize online presence.

• E-Commerce & Marketplace Management: Managing projects related to e-commerce sales across European markets, optimizing presence on platforms such as Allegro, Amazon, and Kaufland.

• Localization & Translations: Ensuring accurate and culturally relevant translations for all materials, enhancing engagement and impact.

• Data Analysis & Insights: Utilizing tools such as Google Market Explorer, SimilarWeb, Clarity, HotJar, SuperMetrics, Senuto, Ahrefs, SocialInsider, and NapoleonCat to conduct detailed market analyses, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.

• Client Relations & Strategic Planning: Organizing and conducting online and offline meetings with clients, maintaining strong relationships, and crafting regional strategies aligned with company and client goals.

• Monitoring & Performance Reporting: Tracking the achievement of client goals, analyzing industry trends, measuring efficiency and profitability, and presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Working closely with departments responsible for service delivery to ensure seamless execution of strategies and client success.

• Customer Service Coordination: Acting as a key contact for customer service, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.

● Partner management - acquisition of new partners for GLAMI Slovenia&Croatia
○ Active research, identification and acquisition of new partners
○ Onboarding of new partners according to the integration best practices
○ Education of new partners in terms of bidding, paid mode and tracking
● Partner management - support
○ Technical support of the partners in terms of feed and pixel optimization
○ Performance oriented support towards partners' goals
● Data management & Analysis
○ Provide data analysis to identify opportunities for performance improvement
○ Regularly check and report mistakes in bidding, stats and feed quality
● Reporting on KPIs
○ Provide weekly and monthly updates on the developments in regards to KPIs
and responsibilities described above
