First marketing hire for an up-and-coming ecommerce in Romania. Part of the management team and reporting directly to the CEO, I had full marketing P&L responsibility - from budget planning and payroll to return on investment.

- Developed the marketing department from one designer to 15 specialists.
- Steered data unification and management by implementing a customer data platform. This allowed customer experience and CRM teams to build highly personalised and efficient campaigns without any engineering knowledge.
- Developed the narrative for raising additional capital from venture funds and investment banks.
- Managed the contact centre team of 20+ employees.
