As we can provide them with our services or recommend the best partner to help this companies fast and effective implement cloud base solutions for their use cases. I was responsible for team from over 250 internal Digital Experts and number of external development companies divide in 6 departments (IT, ECommerce, Data Management, Digital Processes, Customer Intelligence and New Digital Business Models):
-  we made transformation from classical IT / eCommerce monolit technology on modern APIs retail infrastructure (APIGee) developed on Google Cloud. 
- we build performant multichannel eCommerce Platform (between top 10 online shops in Germany), B2B & B2C marketplace and solutions for selling on external marketplaces. 
- I have expertise in fast & effektive roll-out from different solutions in 12 countries in Europa (CMS, CRM, eCommerce, SAP, online marketing …) 
- my IT team implement modern warehouse system (SAP EWM) for NF products, automatised warehouse processes and development different multichannel fulfilment models (Click&Collect, Reserve&Collect, 2 hours delivery, pick up boxes …) 
- since 4 years my teams where creating NewWork way of working with Google Workspace, Atlassian Products and some other solutions
- introduce machine learning, RPA, bots in different departments and thanks that automatise a number of processes and increase customers or external partners satisfaction. 
- Data Democratisation - cancel internal data silos in over 30 different applications and create a modern cloud base data warehouse with all company data. Successfully introduced training strategy for big data and data analytics for all departments. As next step introduce data sharing with external partners (B2B customers or marketplace sellers) and effective new data feeds integration. 
- Digital Transformation - develop a new digital business model for Conrad Group (IoT platform) which represents disruption of existing retail models and creates new business opportunities in the digital world. In this model we offered new digital services to B2C/B2B customers and also via PaaS enabling other companies fast launch from their IoT applications.

Full P&L responsibility for Rossmann’s drugstore retail chain in the Czech market, a JV with Hong Kong based Hutchison Whampoa group, with 150 outlets and 800 employees. Led company turnaround through restructuring and improvement along the entire value chain, including:
- Inventory clean-up.
- New buying function, assortment and own brands.
- Reorganization to customer-oriented store operations (management structures, employee guidelines, KPIs, controls, etc.).
- New central warehouse and automatic replenishment.
- Brand transformation to a health & beauty retailer.
- Start of online marketing communications.
