I am currently studying Systems Analysis and Development, but I have a bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences from PUC - MG and I am currently working as Product Manager at Via Hub, being responsible for building, evolving and managing the roadmap of technology solutions for the Logistics area, to be defined the product's vision, manage the product's life cycle, negotiate needs for involvement and other teams, identify market opportunities, prioritize initiatives related to the company's strategy and define how to measure the results generated. I have already acted as Product Owner at Sinch, being responsible for building and managing the backlog of chatbot solutions, coordinating sprint meetings, monitoring indicators and usability tests, for all information and monitoring the evolution of projects, as well as being in contact with the customer. I was UX Writer, responsible for the content team, aiming at the best user experience, creation of conversational flows and personas and constant evolution of the product. I have worked both in the development and leadership of teams focused on building chatbots for clients such as Dell, Vivara, Globoplay, TV Globo, Amazon, iFood, Klabin and in projects such as BBB 22, Verdades Secretas.
