As the General Manager of Camisa Homes & Villas, I am responsible for overseeing the strategic growth and development of the company's +464 villas with pool, modern luxury apartments,  in Italy, Ibiza, Corsica, Cote Azure, Mykonos, Paros, Madrid, Barcelona, Croatia, Dubai, Morocco. I am responsible for defining strategic guidelines for the budget mix plan, short-term and long-term rental markets, real estate premium and prestige markets and student housing markets. My role includes monitoring and reporting on commercial and vacation rental market KPIs and defining action plans to reach objectives. I coordinate global investment and sales committees processes, ensuring country coordination and monitoring of sales and real estate fields. 

I am also responsible for optimizing projects profitability and risk, leveraging Camisa Homes & Villas supporting functions, and steering country business development and sales activities. I create and maintain a world-class business development and sales culture that is focused on delivering results. I manage key business processes and global procedures, interacting with internal staff functions and continuously researching global industry trends and competition to remain knowledgeable.  Additionally, I develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external shareholders, strategic partners, and key customers. 


Since 2018, Camisa Homes & Villas has opened and managed real estate venues in the Mediterranean Villa Rent Luxury Marketplace. My role is to ensure that business development and sales best practices are shared, and to ensure that Camisa Homes & Villas  meets its strategic goals and achievments.

I am responsible for defining strategic guidelines for the budget mix plan, short-term and long-term rental markets, real estate premium and prestige markets and student housing markets. Since 2022, WOI has opened and managed real estate in the Italian premium and luxury market place with selected villas and units to buy in Italy. My role is to ensure that business development and sales best practices are shared, and to ensure that WOI meets its strategic goals and objectives.

Researching our competitors and local regulations, developing referral networks with local real estate agents and other potential sources within the vacation rental industry, drafting customized letters to potential clients, cold calling prospective leads, systematically managing leads, setting appointments, meeting with prospective clients, closing sales, representing my company in a professional and collaborative manner in the community and contributing to the strategic direction for the Business Development Team.

I work with the country manager to advance my career goals in line with the goals of Vacasa.
