Women in Digital Switzerland is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a strong, knowledgeable, and inspiring community that fosters diversity and inclusion in the Swiss digital economy.
As a volunteer, I lead and coordinate the organization of events in Lausanne, managing the planning and execution of networking events, workshops, and local initiatives. I ensure secure venues, as well as the presence of speakers and sponsors for these events, delivering a diverse and engaging program of topics and activities.

Thrive with Mentoring is a global non-profit initiative where women mentor each other to grow.
At Thrive, we aim to build effective mentoring relationships globally where women help other women succeed professionally and personally. Thrivers become part of a global network of generous women who support and challenge each other to grow. Thrive uses a unique online and in-person mechanism to match mentors and mentees. Mentors and mentees are matched based on the strengths of the mentor and needs of the mentee.

Reporting to the Head of People, as HRBP I'm the point of contact for 120+ staff and managers through the employee lifecycle. 
My principal duties are: 
- Talent acquisition: Conduct selection and recruitment process in coordination with Line Manager. 
- Development and execution of a new onboarding and offboarding program.
- L&D: design and implement a new Training program and launch the first Essentials of Leadership program for the new leaders.
- Performance Management: ensure that the performance evaluation process is in place and properly and timely executed. 
- Handle administrative and disciplinary procedures/ monthly payroll control and validation. 
- Manage employee relations for local staff and represent the company towards local authorities.
- Contribute to policy formulation overseeing several Human resources areas and, in the development, and improvement of company policies.

Independently leading end-to-end global recruitments for UPG and acting as a business recruitment partner for hiring managers.
- Development of the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Full-cycle recruitment: kickoff meetings, job advertisements, proactive candidates search, talent pooling, assessing candidates, onboarding candidates.
- Providing strategic and operational support to the management team (coaching and counsel on full talent acquisition life cycle).

Reporting to the Plant Director, I was responsible for managing all HR activities (headcount 130 + 30 temporary workers), guaranteeing the compliance to legislation and company processes: People Development, Recruitment & Retention, Performance & Talent Management, Change Management initiatives, Administration and Union Relations.

As part of the recruiting and EB team, my core responsibility was:
- to design the new Employer Branding Strategy and guidelines, developing strategic partnerships with Universities and Business Schools, organizing global events engaging Barilla Management, creating Barilla’s company presentation.
- to support the Talent Recruiting at International level, starting from profiles analysis, job postings, screening, interviews, assessments, feedback and on-boarding. Managing Internship planning and budget.
- to implement new HR Policies (New Graduate Recruiting, Head Hunter Management, Internal Job posting)

I left Barilla to follow my husband, despite this being a very tough decision for me.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Professional

Reporting to the Plant Director, I was responsible for managing all the plant’s HR activities guaranteeing consistency with legislation and Headquarters’ HR processes, managing union relations, exploring new organizational models and tools to reach plant KPIs and results in order to bring value for the company and developing people competencies to accomplish business targets (headcount 300).

Hands-on, result oriented and with excellent communication skills, I enjoy solving problems and working with colleagues to reach solutions. I am passionate about continuously learning new things and searching for new approaches to evolve in my job and improve Organizations.
