As a Digital Media Specialist, I develop content for both our Instagram of over 10.3k followers and our Twitter of over 6.3k followers that empowers young change-makers and promotes digital safety. I work alongside 9 Interns, over 60 other specialists, and 150+ volunteers from 4 different countries. I specialize in integrating impactful content across platforms.

Brookhill Ranch Summer Camp

After 6 years as a camper and 2 as a junior counselor, I was given the opportunity to apply my fascination with optimization and data management to directly call 200+ parents a week (and delegate the other 300), assist in collecting 300,000+ dollars a week in camp tuition, and sort and construct 7+ camper care packages with over 20+ orders per day and 500+ different campers 8 weeks straight. Weekly, I was responsible for the entirety of camps inventory and store runs, late arrivals, early departures, and other random secretarial needs. I also learned administrative skills, grew interpersonally with things like team management and time management. This summer job was ideal for my season, my superiors, especially Katy Beth Smith, were always encouraging and providing direct, uplifting, actionable feedback on my time as an integral staff member of a 55+ year old ranch for that season of my life. I also got to showcase my ability to teach and perform archery, fire building, theatre, go-karting driving, social media message management, interacting with children, and general safety skills from things like scouts and sports. I learned to always be willing, always see the need, and always be passionate about why I was doing what I was doing.
