Utilization of tier questioning techniques which encouraged students to critically think in five areas which are detail orientation, categorically, elaborately, and use of evidence.

Formation of grouped learning applications which were paired, organized, and structured groups.

Wayne County Community College District

Site Supervisor GED Program/Adjunct Instructor: Responsible for the development, implementation and curriculum design for adult learners participating in the high school equivalency test. Provide blending learning models which include traditional instruction plus an online experience.
