- worked with global teams to fully scope & engineer custom objects for our business-specific use-case
- partnered with Operations & Service personnel in Israel to engineer service cloud to support our onboarding & monitoring efforts as we activate devices in new fields
- engineered complex integration with HubSpot for marketing automation
- fully integrated Salesforce with Slack for product, support, & revenue teams for real-time Salesforce record visibility within designated Slack channels
- built out onboarding automation to bridge the communication gap with all Salesforce users by automatically adding them to the Salesforce Users email distro & slack channel during IT onboarding process
- implemented Zoom Contact Center & integrated it into Salesforce as sole contributor on project
- documented process in Salesforce end-to-end to develop & release a user manual specific to our process & Salesforce instance
- implemented Salesforce to Azure DevOps integration to bridge the gap from support to product/engineering with ticket escalations.
