I didn’t just want flexibility. I wanted *meaning*. I wanted to be a good dad *and* do work that I was proud of. I didn't need balance, I needed integration. That journey—through burnout, reinvention, and now coaching—led me to create a structured process that blends emotional intelligence, career mapping, and practical strategy. No generic advice.
