•	Specialties Projects is a TF assembled to accelerate shifting of Specialties product portfolio from a common-product-heavy to a high-value-product-focused by materializing business opportunities with high margin that require high quality and cost-effective supply chain.
•	Successfully led commercialization of 4 new products by developing/collaborating with domestic partners for Korean market—the products Novelis cannot offer to its clients alone. 
•	Supported locating and contracting capable domestic and regional OEM partners that fit new business models in order to address existing production line’s lack of downstream capability issue.
•	Identified and led implementation of key strategic projects and examined overall due diligence on 3 CAPEX scenarios for company’s potential investment plans for the next 5 years.
