- Define and implement the Scrum methodology within the teams
- Specify the product’s Roadmap
- Coordinate R&D activities 
- Manage prioritization of User Stories, backlog refining, participation in sprint reviews and retrospectives

Technical Project Manager of the civil VCS (Voice Call System) product and IVQ (Integration, validation and qualification) team leader. The VCS is the system that provides the service of radio and telephony to air traffic controllers. The main functions are : 
 

· Specify the technical guidelines

· Plan the software evolutions 

· Supervise the software development life-cycle

· Contribute to presale activities

· Manage the IVQ team, composed of 8 collaborators

The aim of this job is to plan, organize and manage software projects to bring about the successful completion of system projects in relationship with the R&D team, the sales team and the marketing area in order to assure the product evolution and to improve the market position. 

The main responsibilities in this activity is to manage software development projects, in order to : 


·        Achieve all the project goals and objectives respecting the constraints 

·        Control of cost, time and scope of projects

·        Supervise internal team units 

·        Evaluating the product's performance 

·        Developing documentation for complexes procedures
