-	Assigned to the role of Product Head / Product Management Lead on a new Strategic Platform Programme - A multinational platform business that Standard Bank Group is developing as part of their ambition to become a platform organisation.
-	Responsible for developing and implementing a vision and roadmap for the first release of the platform across three countries; collaborating with the Technology & Design Lead to secure delivery on a desirability, viability and feasibility [DVF] approach to all product features.
-	Further engages closely with Country Heads, to champion country specific context around features, local offerings (products and services), customer testing and commercials.

	Development of detailed forecasts for Salesforce, and related enabling technology licensing costs.
	Close engagement with the Technology & Design Team, to drive delivery of features / user stories following a Lean Agile Delivery Approach.
Service: Tools, Frameworks & Standards 
-	Accountable for the curation, development and optimisation of the Standard Bank Group Platform - including Frameworks, Tools, Approaches and Standards - enabling In-Country Teams across various geographies to design, implement and optimise Platform Solutions.

Platform Domain Head: Product & Service 

-	Tasked with establishing a first-class Research & Development Capability, to drive the Bank’s End-To-End Digitalisation Strategy within Technology & Operations South Africa.
-	Directed, performance managed and developed a team providing R&D Services including; Vendor & Partner Assessment / Toolkit Development / Automation Experiments / TechOps Advisory Support.
-	Directed, performance managed and developed a cross-functional team of Salesforce Subject Matter Experts, delivering common components for the marketplace.
-	Led a comprehensive Salesforce Common Capabilities Implementation Workstream for Standard Bank Group.
-	Drove the Group-wide Salesforce Reusability Strategy, and established an Internal Marketplace / Salesforce Hub for Group Projects - enabling effective leveraging of common components.
-	Facilitated development and implementation of a Group-wide Platform Toolbox, linked to a Future Ready Transformation Team.
-	Served as a Key Member of the Future Ready Transformation Team, driving development of the Platform Domain via a detailed Platform Domain Operating Model.
-	Worked with ‘Platform Solutions Currently in Development’ to validate and enrich content.
-	Facilitated in-depth Platform 101 Training Sessions for various Country Leadership Teams.

Head Of Research And Development (Technology and Operations South Africa)

-	Facilitated definition / establishment of the Engineering Technology Services Organisation; designing an Integrated Technology Model and Team Design Blueprint - based on product and platform thinking.
-	Enabled Corporate & Investment Banking Engineering Transformation; developing a Strategic Model based on three dimensions: Perm vs. Non-Perm / Execution Capacity / Cost Effectiveness.
-	Further, led assessment of the level of ‘futureproofing’ in the CIB IT Engineering Capability - Resulting strategic model results were used to launch strategic initiatives to address gaps in CIB.

Senior Manager: Strategy and Enterprise Architecture

-­	Appointed as a Member of the Africa IT EXCO, responsible for designing and leading ‘New Ways of Working’ [nWOW] and Business Transformation.
­-	Drove adoption of a Scaled Agile Framework for Africa Region Business; with South Africa at the centre and implementation across 19 other African Countries.
