Alex Man is an accomplished technology executive overseeing software product development for enterprise product lines leading cross functional teams including Product Strategy, Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Sales Engineering & Support, Performance and Benchmark, Translation and operations. He has 30+ years of experience in technology with direct responsibilities on large scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Performance Management products. Alex has led the group to build the integration to Oracle ERP Cloud. He has started a project to build services using Oracle Platform as a service and Infrastructure as a service. He has track record of building large multi-function offshore teams in China (Beijing) and India (Bangalore) and he has experience in consulting and implementation of large scale global ERP software in the US and globally. Alex is currently the Group Vice President, Application Development of Oracle, leading a global group of 350+ professionals across US, India, Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Europe driving all aspects of PeopleSoft ERP and HCM software that has 3000+ institutions/companies as customers. His product portfolio has over 70 products covering all Financial, Procurement, Supply Chain Management and Human Capital Management functions; generating revenue of close to one billion USD on an annual basis. His responsibility also included managing all aspects of product development for Oracle Cloud Permitting and Licensing using Javascript and REST based architecture. Being an expert of the Financial System, Alex has successfully led the group in fulfilling the highly complex regulatory requirements of multi-currency, multi-entity, FASB, IAS, audit, compliance and Sarbanes Oxley on the PeopleSoft products.
