In this internship, I was the right hand of Spain's country manager for this fintech with more than 1M users in a bit more than a year.
For company reasons, after 2 months I was effectively responsible for Spain.
I worked hand-in-hand with every team to make sure the Spanish market was running smoothly and as efficiently as possible. We were responsible for all KPIs in that market, and constantly tried to move forward with new ideas to improve the product and customer's experience.

•	Coordinated teams to improve efficiency of operations in Spain and reduced default rate from 21 to 15%
•	Conducted market study (strategic analysis, calling users…) to better understand Spanish market and provide valuable insights to risk, marketing and product teams, resulting in 20% user growth every month

This internship in one of the biggest French company was really not what I expected.

I discovered lots of passionate people caring so much about their job. I had fascinating missions and great colleagues ! 

• Supported Division’s management in strategy definition and implementation of specific transformation projects :
• Coordinated with external consultants a holistic CSR approach defining key strategic objectives for finance, marketing, sales, operations, communication and human resources, structuring project for internal and external performance. Implementation of innovative sustainable services in test with four customers
• Managed an innovative bottom-up transformation of Business Line facility management (160 people): coordination between all stakeholders (including external coaches), respect of timing and deliverables, communication, organization and animation of an event (€22 000 budget) for 100 people over 2 days, reported to executive committee. 10 full time staff hours saved in 4 months
• Developed Strategy and Business Proposal, conducted a market study, assistance in elaboration of a business plan, and orchestrated project for a training company in prison sector (5M€ turnover)

This association was my great passion during the two years I spent in the HEC campus.

We were speaking in front of each other every week, learning so much just by putting us out there. 

• Managed a 35-member team, coordinating weekly meetings and weekend events

• Designed and developed, in coordination with school’s administration, annual HEC public speaking contest, gathering every year more than 60 contestants and 1M views on Youtube

• Spoke in front of 200 people for the HEC public speaking contest finals

• Drafted, edited and assisted in conception and delivery of strategic documents (short term strategic plan, values and vision of company) intended for general management to enrich company culture in context of rapid growth

• Headed an emergency project: creation of a complete website for a CEO interview, in less than 10 days, resulting in a 50% increase in leads

• Programmed a promotional plan for an internal platform designed to encourage employees to volunteer for non-profit associations. Co-authored a teaser email to 7,500 employees, communicated and presented to managers and country directors. +100% registered following month

Born and raised in a city in the west of France, I have worked very hard to integrate the first business school in Europe, HEC Paris. From there, I managed to get to the Yale School of Management, where I am doing a Master in Management. 

I have always been fascinated by public speaking, from political speeches to my fencing coach trying to motivate us toward victory. The occasion arose when I was 18 to start speaking in front of 200 people and I took it: it changed my life. 

The realization that you can influence people with nothing but words made me want to become the best speaker I could be. I joined a public speaking association, became president of it, spoke countless times in front of small and big crowds, from prepared speeches to total improvisation, and coached all my friends and the brightest student in public speaking. 

I share daily tips on public speaking to help you speak up and advance your career.

The best way to make your speech memorable:

❌ Avoid too many slides
❌ Don’t read your notes
❌ Don’t make it too long

You don’t need more data or explanation.
You need a clear point and to tailor it to your audience. 

✅  Find images or metaphors you audience knows
✅ Repeat and repeat your 1 key message
✅ Use humor



Spend less time worrying if you’re gonna mention everything.

Spend more time making sure your audience remembers one thing from your speech.
