As a facilitator and coach, I focus on the interplay between performance, (agile) change, conflict, health and behaviour. The interactions are direct and can be positively influenced. My commitment to health at work has its roots in my experience as a lifesaver during a serious assault. These experiences have taught me to see crises as opportunities for growth and development.
