I've recently launched and scaled a mentorship program in one client org that reaches a critical mass of employees and achieves high satisfaction scores. I also design and facilitate change leadership programs, leadership offsets, and manager skill-building programs. In my virtual and in-person sessions, I consistently earn >4.5/5 average facilitator satisfaction scores.

I collaborate closely across HR and leadership to shape strategies tailored to our R&D teams. This includes projects such as standardizing performance calibrations and creating clear on-ramps into enterprise-wide senior development programs.

Principal Talent Development Partner

Learning and Development Manager, Jan-Sept 2021. Promoted to Sr. Manager, Sept 2021.

I led a team that designed and facilitated leadership development programs to help managers—from line leaders to VPs—grow their skills and lead more effectively. Through virtual and live sessions, I supported manager development with an average 82 facilitator NPS. I also co-led the design and scaling of a marquee leadership development program that reached over 80% of managers. 

My team also delivered continuing leadership development programs that reached 50% of managers, ensuring long-term impact. Our approach was to provide a baseline of core leadership skills for all managers, followed by workshops and learning experiences tailored to each function. My team developed 5 workshops and additional self-service resources to integrate into functional learning strategies. 

I partnered closely with HRBP leads, executive chiefs of staff, senior leaders, and Talent Development leadership to align these initiatives with the company’s broader talent strategy.

Senior Manager, Talent Development

I partnered with internal and external teams to design and launch a marquee leadership development program, ensuring it was engaging, high-impact, and aligned with the company’s broader talent strategy. It reached 20% of managers globally in 6 months.

I also collaborated to launch 4 other new learning programs, including development of program materials, presentations and facilitator guides, to support effective delivery. 

To scale our impact, I led train-the-trainer sessions, equipping team members with the skills to facilitate these programs confidently.

Senior Learning and Development Partner

Airbnb

I worked within the Employee Experience (HR) team focusing on learning, external partnerships, and internal talent policies and practices. One of my major accomplishments was scaling internal workshops for Airbnb's global offices (NAMER, LATAM, EMEA + APAC). I developed deep relationships with leaders in HR, engineering education, and public policy to embed learning programs for cross-functional teams (recruiting, finance, and engineering). 

Finally, I worked with internal leaders and external partner organizations to curate experiences that deepened relationships with top talent. I also curated employer brand activations, including exclusive events connecting external talent organizations with Airbnb’s senior leaders. I carefully managed the partners and the vendors involved in these activations.

Program Manager, Employee Experience

Cornell University

I was an instructor of record on one of the most in-demand courses on Cornell's Campus with 200+ students per semester -- Intergroup Dialogue, a peer-facilitated social justice education program. I coached 6 undergraduate peer facilitators each semester and was a co-facilitator for their train-the-trainer practicum. 

Additionally, I supervised and mentored a team of over 15 undergraduate and graduate facilitators, ensuring their growth and development in our campus workshop program. Working with these facilitators, I orchestrated over 40 workshops annually on a variety of topics including communication and conflict management. I also cultivated relationships with partners across campus to address the educational needs of students, faculty, and staff stakeholders. 

Using design thinking, I improved workshop processes for facilitators, program staff, and clients: I created a workshop playbook and more meaningful end-to-end process for all parties involved.
