Commercial Management: Within this role I am helping to improve and optimise the overall commercial performance of all Spin's clients. Ensuring that their social media marketing is helping to meet the overall business goals. Planning, forecasting and executing Spin’s growth plans across all functions of the business. Business Development: Another key part of this role is to speak to new business enquiries, negotiate and work with all new clients to ensure that we can provide the best bespoke service for them. Developing strategic partnerships with complimentary services to extend the offering we can support our clients with. My overall experience lies across business management, marketing, sales and product management.
