Main objective:
Launch of new company and bring to market innovative biotech and small molecule drug products.

•	Startup from scratch; 
•	Product development strategy; product portfolio; R&D, technology transfer and launch plan;
•	Construction of R&D and manufacturing facilities;
•	Clinical trials started for 5 innovative products; 1 product launched (current peak sales ₽500M).

• Construction of R&D and manufacturing facilities; 
• Product portfolio including well-known local brands Rastan, Coagil-VII, Infibeta, Diaskintest. Now these brands are the biggest part of product portfolio of Generium (www.generium.ru/products/).

•	The developed product portfolio was the basement of big Russian biopharmaceutical  company Generium.  It is still the biggest part of portfolio of Generium .
