As Global Team Lead at Orion Intelligence, I oversee the sales processes and deployment of our customer-facing voicebots for customer service departments and alarm monitoring centers. Orion works with leading companies across various industries, such as Total Energies, Sodexo, Edenred and DPD, to help them improve their customer service and satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase revenue. In the alarm monitoring world, Orion helps reduce costs by handling low to medium priority alarms regarding connectivity loss, power loss, alarm activations, elevator issues, etc. This both in inbound and outbound situations. Due to obvious reasons, specific alarm monitoring companies cannot be mentioned. Orion is a non-exclusive official partner of Genesys and Proximus Business and works in collaboration with ARC providers in the alarm monitoring sector. My background is in law, especially in IT-law, which enables me to understand the legal and ethical implications of AI and voice technology. I hold a Master of law degree from KU Leuven and an Advanced master in IT-law degree from Université de Namur, where I graduated first of my year with magna cum laude. I also completed an Erasmus+ exchange program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where I studied Chinese law and culture.
