As Global Lead at Orion Intelligence, I oversee the sales processes of our customer-facing voicebots for alarm monitoring centers. In the alarm monitoring world, Orion helps reduce costs by handling low/high priority, false and technical alarms regarding connectivity loss, power loss, overdue alarms, elevator issues, putting sites in test, etc. This both for inbound and outbound calls. Due to obvious reasons, specific alarm monitoring clients cannot be mentioned. Orion Intelligence is a member and sponsor of The Monitoring Association. My background is in law, especially in IT & privacy law, which enables me to understand the legal and ethical implications of AI and voice technology. I hold a Master of law degree from KU Leuven and an Advanced master in IT-law degree from Université de Namur, where I graduated first of my year with magna cum laude. I also completed an Erasmus+ exchange program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where I studied Chinese law and culture.
