Assisted on the majority of the practices current live projects and feasibility schemes, most notably:

-Assistant managed the formulation and delivery of architectural, structural and building services drawing packages for an oil warehouse in Iraq. Played a prominent role in client and consultant liaising.

-The construction phase for a £2m basement pool extension to a grade II listed residential property. 

-Producing the fit out tender package for the same basement pool.

-Aided produce the tender specifications, schedules and construction drawings on a number of other high spec and lower budget residential projects. 

-Worked closely, alongside the company director to produce feasibility studies for residential schemes, a mixed use pub/residential/commercial scheme and a cookery school in Bangkok for an International restaurant franchise.

Most recently, I have been handed responsibility of an extension, set over 3 stories, to a Victorian terrace house. I am currently finalising the design with the client in preparation to submit for planning and assembling a design team.

Architects Assistant RIBA Part 1

Was offered a 10 week summer placement by a critique after presenting a final 2nd year project. Tasks included:

- Making models at varying scales from 1:1 to 1:100.

- Attended site visits to a Eco home coming to the end of it's construction phase.

- Assisted on producing planning applications and Design and Access statements.

- Office administration duties

On completing the final year of University, I was offered a graduate job at this same practice.
