Director of Training at the Siamo Group. Leading a team of talented Directors to deliver a mixture of funded and commercial training packages, designed to make real change in peoples career. My key areas of expertise are strategy, coaching and course design. I also lead various continuous improvement projects across the wider group. Previously working as an Exec in the Simao Group heading up the training devision and developing Qommunicate ltd. Over 12 years working on welfare to work projects. I have worked at all levels. I started as a Coordinator but since worked as Senior Marketing Coordinator, Project Manager and Recruitment Manager. Managed SFA projects and other successful government funded projects. In 2009 my team won a LEP Award and a National Training Award for creating bespoke training and recruitment solutions. As a Recruitment manager I created a bespoke recruitment and training department. As it was a totally new department I was responsible for building and training a new team. I also did the majority of business development having to pitch our concept to large employers in Staffordshire with a very high success rate. This also involved managing relationships with high level executives but also service partners such as JCP and the local Council. Myself and my business partner set up Qommunicate Ltd in 2009 and have built a very successful training/recruitment company. We gained a sub contract with 2 primes within our first year. In the last year we have been awarded contracts totalling in the region of £1.3 million. Within my time at Qommunicate we created extreme, executive motivational sessions including board braking, bar bending and fire walking. I have personally completed over 120 fire walks myself and I have led sessions for 100+ people to walk over 1000 degrees hot coals with amazing and life changing results. This is linked closely to my training and experience in NLP which I have practiced for 7 years. I have used NLP to motivate and develop myself but also to develop my staff and integrated NLP in to our motivational training in welfare to work. For the last 4 years I have specialised in the external communication aspect of NLP, concentrating on non verbal communication.
