My name is Alex Jakstys and I am a Design Manager at Walbridge, an Engineering News-Record “Top 50” U.S. construction company based in Detroit, MI. I am a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Michigan as well as LEED AP BD+C and WELL AP accredited. As Design Manager my job is to guarantee the delivery of a building that exceeds the owner’s requirements. I work hand-in-hand with the A/E to design a building that not only meets the specifications, but is value engineered to save the owner money.
