As head of department, I am responsible for functional team distributed in three locations (Moscow, S. Petersburg and Voronezh).  Coordination, management and leadership in Telekom IT SAP area on operational and strategic level (~100 employees).

As line executive I was responsible for Business Intelligence projects in Technology Solutions department of  “Atos IT Solutions and Services” playing role of disciplinary manager, single point of contact and coordinator for all the projects within community from 2009. I was in charge of wide range of tasks such as: incident and enhancement management, staffing and ramp up new projects, SLA control, capacity management etc.
