Built new site to coincide with move to a new facility and the strategy for SEO and e-commerce for yacht accessories sub-brand. 
On R&D programs, worked closely with engineers to iteratively design, prototype and test custom software UI, tooling fixtures, and machinery as part of commitment to continuous improvement [Kaizen].
•	Design and fabricate custom fixtures & jigs, creatively improved processes for projects as needed to scale production to hit targets
•	Worked with engineers to advance project documentation and Quality Assurance as per ISO standards
