Founder & Creative Director

- Created, managed and led social media campaigns for all 3 brands, analysing, reporting, and providing recommendations for future campaigns and customer experience and journey on brand websites across EMEA 
- Improved efficiency of processes, and created strategies for performance analysis for EMEA business sector.
- Creatively directed photoshoots, sourced and designed apparel, managed product video shoots and worked with creatives from external agencies for the brands, results used across EMEA in various forms.
- Managed rollout of FUTURO rebranded website for 45 countries and managed department for 8 weeks and onboarded new manager
- Reworked internal processes to enable efficiency, involved in creating strategy for the future of all 3 brands and contributed to the planning of Scotch Brite Television Advert and Digital Campaign
- Fully involved with 3M life, being a key member of the Touch Rugby team, volunteering for charity events, involving in hosting and running a STEM activity day to encourage young girls and boys to choose STEM subjects as well also being a model for other business groups within 3M.
