Responsible for global lead-gen and digital marketing for the Salesforce Business Unit (SFBU) at Coforge, involving: 

- Developing and managing budgeting, reporting, strategy, external/internal resources, tools, and workload management.

- Leading multi-national, multi-geographical teams for the sponsorship and attendance of events worldwide, including:
     - The sponsorship of Dreamforce 2022, delivering $6 million in projected turnover, during a Coforge rebrand and the departure of the BUs incumbent global marketing director. 
     - MuleSoft Connect 2022.
     - MuleSoft Mumbai Forum 2022.
     - MuleSoft Partner Kick-off 2022.

- Ownership of the BUs marketing CRM and automation platform HubSpot, including user and data management, automation and reporting, and merging two HubSpot platforms (CRM, MA, CMS).

- Managing the development and go-to-market for services related to MuleSoft, Salesforce, Kafka, AWS, and Azure. Including end-to-end production of associated collateral. 

- Optimising all online channels to improve brand equity and lead generation.

- Creating an updated marketing knowledge information library to streamline, organise, track and share marketing assets and information more efficiently, including joint teams groups, project management tools (GoodDay), a new folder system, and new marketing trackers and reports.

- Supporting and producing comms for internal campaigns and referral schemes, including:
     - The Coforge Diwali UK celebration in Windsor 2022.
     - The Coforge Day UK celebration in Windsor 2022.
     - The Coforge Global Sales Kick-Off - SFBU 2022. 
     - Refer your friends before Diwali 2022.

- Continued improvements after the initial migration phase to the Salesforce BU portion of the website. 

- Adapting our content marketing approach to take advantage of the broader Coforge business model.

Salesforce Business Unit Global Marketing Team

Part of a three-person global marketing team for a data transformation company with a £40 million turnover. Responsible for the strategy, execution and optimisation of all digital channels, tools and demand gen across three focus regions (EU, NAM, IMEA) involving:

- Optimisation of all online channels and nurture programs to improve brand equity and lead conversion.

- Supporting the BUs leadership team during the WW merger with Coforge in 2022, overseeing and managing the departure and onboarding of three marketing directors, two website migrations, and two rebrands during 2022. This included temporarily managing five inside sales reps and one graphic designer until the merge was complete. 

- Managed the brand merger process after the departure of the Marketing Director, which involved:
     - Re-design of collaterals.
     - Removal of WW digital presence across all channels.
     - Client and subscriber communications.
     - Merging the websites and other tools.

End-to-end management of content creation - Blogs, Case studies, Videos, Social media, Whitepapers etc. This included writing, editing and designing a variety of assets. Examples include:

Coforge SF (Erstwhile WHISHWORKS (WW)) Global Marketing Team

Part of a three-person global marketing team for a data transformation company with a £40 million turnover. Responsible for the strategy, execution and optimisation of all digital channels, tools and demand gen across three focus regions (EU, NAM, IMEA) involving:

- Optimisation of all online channels and nurture programs to improve brand equity and lead conversion:
     - Increased average MQLs per month by 154% and ROI by 17% in under six months. 
     - 50% reduction in overall lead cost per campaign.
     - 5.5% AVG audience growth across social channels and a 250% increase in engagement rate for leadership and brand profiles. 
     - Introduced social selling automation leading to an increase of 1 SQL AVGpm.
     - Increased click-through-rates from 6% to 19% for all email marketing.
     - Owned all PPC campaigns for brand equity, demand gen etc. Overseeing a 67% reduction in cost per click. 

- The management & optimisation of the CRM + marketing automation system (HubSpot). Leveraging marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing workflows.

- Sales enablement for each region's sales teams + onboarding and training on essential tools (e.g. CRM, Dripify).

- Website management, optimisation and customisation, including:
     - Liaising with SEO specialists for ongoing ranking improvement.
     - Running and optimising a real-person web chat feature.
     - Creation of new pages and landing pages. 
     - Introduction of new features and CTA's. 
     - Review, update and change UX/UI for better experiences. 
     - Spotting a competitor's brand matching and solving the design conflict to retain unique brand design.

SGS is the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. I was responsible for the marketing activity for energy management solutions in the 'Certifications and Business Enhancement' business line. This Involved:

- Marketing of the ISO 50001 certification programme.
- Coordination of events for ESOS.
- Lead management and reporting for all incoming leads into the UK.
- Sales enablement projects for the entire UK Sales team. 
- Content creation for outbound and inbound campaigns, including:
	- Emails.
	- Newsletters.
	- Blog Posts.

bChannels is a global marketing agency focusing on channel partner marketing, delivering projects across multiple continents. As part of the MST (Marketing Services Team), I worked on two multi-national partner marketing programmes (DELL EMC + UNIFY); I was responsible for 40 priority accounts personally and 100 non-priority accounts as part of the team. This involved:

- Account management.

- Brand alignment.

- Funds utilisation/budget management.

- Reporting through 3 separate Salesforce instances.

- Launching UK-wide, out-of-the-box marketing campaign service for partners and resellers. Increasing partner engagement by 10%.

- Increasing recorded ROI and funds usage in DELL EMC UK, contributing to a drop in the UK expired funds rate from 15% to 2%.

- New website development (first use of new voucher scheme in marketing program). Decreasing the bounce rate by 20% and increasing downloads by 5%.

- Led the partner marketing support efforts in the UK for UNIFY.

- Partner engagement and attendance for vendor events.

- Adaptation of a marketing voucher system for Europe solving issues with the scheme by eliminating contract signing and fraud concerns.

EMEA Marketing Services Team 

BtL Communication

BtL Communications is a managed service provider providing unified communications solutions with a turnover of £5 million. As the sole marketing exec, I managed and delivered the following:

- The company's first brand guidelines + updating all content in-line with new guidelines.

- Go-to-market campaigns.

- Event management - including things like a hospitality event at Bearwood Lakes Golf Club.

- Management of all marketing channels.

- The re-design and development of the website, reducing the bounce rate by 60%.

- Ran GTM of Gigabit cities Reading & Bracknell as CityFibre's initial launch partner. (The first partner to hit first-quarter launch targets).
     - Working with external PR agencies, marketing agencies, and local government agencies to achieve a high-profile launch of Gigabit City Reading.

- Improved social media presence, which increased social web traffic by 40%. 

- Created a new email process combining Mailchimp and Sendy, increasing open rates to 21%.

- Personnel profiling and event collateral for IT Directors Forum.   

- Created a content gathering, creation and curation process that resulted in developing a regular BtL blog and case studies about key client projects.

CMFG

CMFG is a specialist B2B marketing consultancy based in London.
I worked on the agency's project and account management teams during and after university. I was involved in several projects assisting senior account managers and one of the directors. This included:

- Data cleansing.

- Procurement.

- Desktop research.

- Brand analysis.

- DM campaigns.

- Event management.

- SAP to Cloud DM campaign for Atos: initial 24 tests generated over £1.5M.

- Part of the event management team for Nivea, Race for Life.

- Campaigns using Pardot for Agilisys. Open rate up to 15% with better tracking of actions post email.

- Brand research for Canopy, viewed by the board as part of their annual marketing strategy.

While at CMFG, I also completed a full-time master's degree (with honours) in marketing. Which also included:

- An award (ICM - Best Consultancy Project Award). 

- A dissertation on marketing automation.

- The joint highest-ever mark (97) for the integrated marketing communications module (at the time of completion).

- Completion of the course when I was still 20 years old.
