Intelligence analysis is at the core of who I am. I wanted to work in the intelligence industry since I was in high school, without knowing what it meant. Growing up in Puerto Rico at a time when the Army National Guard was mobilized to challenge a growing influx of narcotics driven violence, I thought intelligence analysis was a way to serve my community. Seven years later, I was able to do just that, I served as the Command Intelligence Officer for a U.S. Coast Guard unit where I was able to collaborate with federal, state, and local partners in using intelligence to support counter narcotics operations in heavily active areas and support humanitarian aid operations with imagery analysis during the aftermath of Hurricane Maria in 2017. Now, I am a technical intelligence professional with 8 years of challenging leadership and managerial positions in the aerospace intelligence industry related to space-based data integration, time-sensitive multi-discipline intelligence collection strategy development, and technical training program implementation. Experienced in leading team projects, creating a vision supported by a detailed plan of action guided by measurable goals, and liaising for cohesiveness between research & development and real-world intelligence product applications. Critical thinker with electrical engineering and electronics as foundational knowledge in conducting analysis. As a lifelong learner, I am focusing on growing my leadership and managerial abilities in the aerospace industry by relying on three principles: People oriented leadership | creating meaningful relationships | and aligning values while achieving tasks.
