I've lived in fifteen cities across two continents. My diverse background has piqued many interests. The thrill of realizing that I'm thinking differently because I met that person, read a that book, or spoke that language, is a peak human experience for me. My belief in life long learning brought me to Pluralsight. We work to bring growth opportunities to people all around the world. We empower companies to take care of their employees by offering them a chance to cultivate their talent. The modern talent crises isn't rooted in a lack of desire for work, the same people who refuse to work behind a counter 9-5 for 9$/hour might be at the gym for two hours everyday. The problem is a lack of access to fulfilling work. I'm working to help companies offer bring more than just a paycheck to their workers, but opportunity for growth.
