"You didn't come this far to just come this far." Back in the days I started in IT and digged deep into network & security issues as a consultant or inhouse. Analyzing complex situations and problems - I LOVED IT! It was always a fulfilling feeling to be called out to incidents, reassure my colleagues, and then work together to solve the problem. After a while I figured out, that my analytical and critical thinking skills are not only useful in TECH. I did a successful transition towards project management. With projects like - Moving a whole datacenter - A complete rollout of M365 to roughly 1400 colleagues - A Contract renewal - Establishing a private cloud setup I managed already some complex & challenging projects. Sure there are many project management skills out there which everyone of us has to learn. My hit on this is: You always have to be and stay curious! And this end in asking the right questions. With asking the right questions you can achieve endless things: Analyzing situations, bring people to awesome solutions, get clarity, be empathic,.. the list is never ending :) What questions do you want to ask ME? :D Let's connect and talking about project management!
