I have always effortlessly found myself thinking outside the box, seeing a variety of ways to get to places and achieve different outcomes. Professionally, I value intermixing with all departments and people, as it supports observance and knowledge of organizational structure, product, and operations, while building relationships. All companies I have worked for have commonalities: entering at times of fast growth and product evolution through internal development and new partnerships, while solving industry and market needs. I wound up in hospitality several years back, and it's where my heart and passion remains today. I'm a firm believer of 'passion makes the world go around.'
