The Floor

The Floor is a Fintech Hub that helps connect global Financial Institutions with leading financial technology companies in Israel. My responsibilities included:

 - Scouting for Fintech startups based on our partners’ main challenges and needs 
- Analyzing the Fintech ecosystem in Israel and developing a database of the Israeli Fintech market 
- Supporting the growth of the startups from our community by helping them engage with relevant players in the ecosystem 
- Buiding a network of relevant investors and key players in the Fintech Ecosystem (locally and globally) 
- Initiating the development of a Fintech network in Hong Kong in order to promote The Floor’s international expansion (from finding relevant fintech startups, to potential employees and local partners).

Part of a team that managed approximately $800M. During my time at Pioneer, I analyzed our clients’ portfolios and market trends, while looking for different financial instruments that could be relevant for investment. I also prepared quarterly and yearly summary reports for our clients (both in Spanish and in English).

After concluding my internship, I was hired as a financial analyst. My responsibilities included researching and analyzing our clients' pension plans. In addition, I worked closely with R&D and QA teams to reporting technical bugs and to suggest new functions for the company’s software

In the framework of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program, I worked on developing a company in the recruitment space. As part of the founding team, my role encompassed ideation and concept development, as well as product market fit, opportunity and competitive analysis, and development of content and social media strategy.

Feex is a financial technology company that brings transparency to its clients regarding their retirement plans.
As an intern at Feex, I analyzed the different types of fees and retirement plans in the United Sates, while also researched the competitive landscape for similar solutions in the Fintech ecosystem.

The Time

The time is a Tel Aviv-based startup incubator. Throughout my internship I reported directly to the CEO. I analyzed the companies that were applying to the program (from their competitive environment, to the threats and opportunities to each startup). The research and analysis contributed to the decision making of acceptance and potential investments in the startups.

Having lived in Israel for 11 years and breathed its high-tech ecosystem for 10, I've developed a deep passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and turning a vision into actions. I thrive on cultivating meaningful relationships, creating impactful strategies, and getting things done. I am a doer, adaptable, a fusion of strategy and execution in order to bring ideas to fruition.
