I joined the World Bank Group in 2008 and the Investment Climate Workstream in 2010 as a Policy analyst. My work focuses on Investment Promotion, Linkages and Supplier development programs, Digital Governance and Business Regulations. I contributed to various PSD related Diagnostics and Policy Recommendations for countries in Europe, Central Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa. I worked on several editions of the Doing Business and Subnational Doing Business series and on UNCTAD's Investment Policy Review for Moldova. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest, a Maîtrise on European Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and a Master of Arts in European Studies from the College of Europe in Natolin.
