I am currently working to support the transformation journey of the group and help digitize, democratize, and decarbonize supply chains and logistics! Intending to unlock growth, we invest in and partner with promising start-ups and visionary innovators - and by injecting our very own rocket fuel we activate our portfolio companies’ full strategic potential. Before joining the CVC unit, I built software products as a product manager and worked in start-ups and scale-ups supporting founders, leaders, and talented developers to scale cool businesses. My experience includes appraising new product ideas and strategizing appropriate to-market plans, creating the roadmap and product strategy, and planning the product launch. I have sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology and I possess great people skills. I believe in being kind and a good listener, and I strive to build psychological safety, and a place to thrive at work. I collaborate as a speaker on topics such as strategic partnerships with corporations, product management, business growth, personal branding, the future of work, and career development. My life's mission is to help close the leadership gap. Femme Lead is my entrepreneurial endeavor where I grew a platform for women empowerment. I interview female leaders about their professional journeys and share advice to inspire the next generation of leaders via Femme Lead Podcast.
