As the Head of Automation Innovation for Maersk North America, I lead initiatives to enhance supply chain resilience and safety, integrating advanced technologies to create impactful solutions for our customers and colleagues. Before this role, I worked at Maersk Growth, the venture arm of A.P. Moller-Maersk, where I partnered with visionary start-ups to digitize, democratize, and decarbonize supply chains and logistics. By investing in and collaborating with innovative companies, we activated their full strategic potential with a blend of expertise and entrepreneurial spirit. Prior to Maersk, I built software products as a product manager, scaling start-ups and supporting founders, leaders, and talented developers to bring impactful ideas to market. My experience includes crafting go-to-market strategies, roadmaps, and product launches, all while fostering a workplace culture of psychological safety and collaboration. Femme Lead is a global career advice platform I launched as an empowering community and podcast that showcases the journeys of inspiring leaders, offering tools and advice to help women thrive professionally. Through partnerships with global companies like Boston Consulting Group, Amazon Web Services, Nordea, EY, Novo Nordisk and Trustpilot, Femme Lead continues to drive meaningful conversations about leadership and growth. With experience across Europe, Japan, and now the U.S., I bring a global perspective to my work, informed by the diverse environments where I’ve lived and thrived.
